Friendly and accommodating staff. We requested an upgrade to a larger room and even with short notice, they were able to accommodate us. The room itself was spacious, cozy, and felt safe. The location was very convenient, close to major spots in QC. The parking was ample and secure. I highly recommend Fersal Hotel Kalayaan for its value for money and comfort. It truly felt like a home away from home.
